A call to all Scottish venues and service providers! Our enhanced venue and services search tool is now available on the Business Events website and we need your input. Up to date listings, complete with images, can help your business stand out and attract interest from buyers who need you to make their events a success. Here’s what you need to do, to ensure your listing is looking its best:

STEP 1

Find and review your venue or service provider listing. You might find the text and images for your business are outdated, or that you don’t have a listing! If you need any changes, or to create a new listing, you will need to complete a form…

STEP 2

Need some changes? Download and complete the venue or service provider form. All the information you provide will be listed on the VisitScotland Business Events website. Up to date information is very important, both for accurate web listings, and the information you supply will be used to service MICE enquiries received by VisitScotland.

Top tip: always keep your details up to date! Make sure to check your listing once or twice a year and keep VisitScotland updated with any changes.

STEP 3

An image says a thousand words! Images sell, and we encourage all listings to be supported by high quality professional images. To include images in your listing, please complete and sign the media form.

For VisitScotland to be able to use the images supplied by you on the Business Events website, you must agree to the terms and conditions contained in the media form. The form must be hand signed, scanned and returned to VisitScotland, along with digital copies of images you wish to include.

STEP 4

Finally, email your completed forms back to us, and we will do the rest.
