A unique blend of mindfulness and adventure

WanderWomen's offerings include mindful walking, forest bathing, wild swimming, meditation, fire making, and nature art. These activities are designed to help participants slow down, connect with nature, and rejuvenate. What sets WanderWomen apart is its focus on providing a space for women to pause, reconnect with themselves and nature, and rediscover their inner strength.

Mindfulness and nature-based practices help reduce stress, enhance focus, and foster a positive mindset. Such shared experiences build trust, improve communication, and create a sense of community. Participants will also leave with a greater appreciation for Scotland’s landscapes.

“

Recognising the powerful impact that the natural world had on her mental, emotional, and physical health, Anna was driven to share these benefits with others, particularly women.

The inspiration behind WanderWomen

Anna's inspiration for WanderWomen stems from her upbringing in East Germany, where being in nature symbolised freedom and truth for her. This personal journey and deep connection with the outdoors shaped a vision for creating transformative experiences that empower participants to embrace a slower, more intentional way of living.

Wellness and sustainability

Incorporating activities that nurture both the soul and the environment into corporate events is important for several reasons:

  • Enhancing mental and emotional well-being
  • Building team connection and collaboration
  • Promoting physical health
  • Aligning with corporate sustainability goals
  • Fostering a sense of purpose and alignment
  • Driving long-term organisational success

These activities can also support a comprehensive wellness strategy and align with the global push for corporate environmental responsibility.

“

Incorporating activities that nurture both the soul and the environment into corporate events is crucial in today’s fast-paced, high-stress work culture.

WanderWomen's offerings for corporate events

WanderWomen offers a variety of activities to enhance delegates' physical and mental well-being during corporate events, including:
