This platform is especially recommended for independent venues, exclusive-use venues, hotels, and destination management companies and organisations aiming to reach the German-speaking conference and incentive market.
Who will you meet?
You’ll network with German incentive and meeting planners from corporate organisations and intermediaries. Each evening brings together 30–35 carefully selected attendees, ensuring meaningful, high-quality interactions. The format includes:
- A welcome reception with drinks and canapés
- A chance to present your business with a focus on sustainability
- A themed networking dinner with a Scottish twist
Evening highlights:
- Cologne – Celebrate the season with a traditional Gänseessen (roast goose) dinner reimagined with Scottish flair.
- Hamburg – Enjoy a Scottish-German fusion menu created with locally sourced, sustainable ingredients.
Cost:
£2,000 + VAT per organisation (per person)
Your attendance includes:
- Participation in both evening events (Cologne & Hamburg)
- Full contact details of all attending clients
- An education session on the DACH region led by our German Sales Agency
Please note this cost excludes travel and subsistence. Spaces are strictly limited to five partners. VisitScotland needs to ensure that the mix of suppliers meets the need of the buyers and therefore reserves the right to make the final selection.
In the event of oversubscription, selection criteria may include:
- Event registration received within the deadline period.
- Regional spread of partners – opportunity for partners across Scotland to be represented.
- Appropriate split of partners suitable for the event.
- Suitability of the partner’s business to effectively deliver requirements of the Business Events sector targeted at the event.
- Previous opportunities to participate.
Registering your interest does not commit you to attend. However, please note that if you are subsequently offered a space and cannot confirm your attendance, your place may be forfeited and allocated to someone on the waiting list.
