The Meetings Show is the UK’s leading exhibition for the meetings and events industry, attracting high-quality buyers from across the UK and Europe, including agencies, corporate and association planners. It offers Scottish businesses a valuable platform to strengthen their presence in the UK and European MICE market and connect with existing and prospective clients. Partner selection criteria & T&Cs

Spaces are strictly limited for all opportunities. VisitScotland needs to ensure that the mix of suppliers meets the need of the buyers and therefore reserves the right to make the final selection.

In the event of oversubscription, selection criteria may include:

  • Event registration received within the deadline period.
  • Regional spread of partners – opportunity for partners across Scotland to be represented.
  • Appropriate split of partners suitable for the event: such as across hotels, venues, and DMOs.
  • Suitability of the partner’s business to effectively deliver requirements of the Business Events sector targeted at the event.
  • Previous opportunities to participate.
