Target audience: Corporate and association meeting planners, venue-finding and event agencies, company executives and executive assistants

Cost: £4,495 + VAT (excludes travel and accommodation)

Note: an additional charge of £500 + VAT will be applied for partners who wish to have two delegates with a diary each on stand.

IMEX Frankfurt, 19 – 21 May 2026 | Frankfurt, Germany

IMEX Frankfurt is Europe’s largest trade show for the global meetings, events and incentive travel industry, held annually at Messe Frankfurt in Germany. The three-day event attracts more than 13,000 professionals, including meeting planners, corporate and association organisers, and incentive buyers from over 90 countries, with strong representation from Germany, the USA, the UK, Europe and South America. Bringing together thousands of suppliers and hosted buyers, IMEX offers valuable networking, market insight and opportunities to generate leads and build international partnerships. Buyers include event agencies, corporate planners and association organisers. Spaces are strictly limited for all opportunities. VisitScotland needs to ensure that the mix of suppliers meets the need of the buyers and therefore reserves the right to make the final selection.

In the event of oversubscription, selection criteria may include:

• Event registration received within the deadline period.
• Regional spread of partners – opportunity for partners across Scotland to be represented.
• Appropriate split of partners suitable for the event: such as across hotels, venues, and DMOs.
• Suitability of the partner’s business to effectively deliver requirements of the Business Events sector targeted at the event.
• Previous opportunities to participate.
