The rebrand reflects the company's evolution from a founder-led business to a collective team with a broader creative offering and international ambitions.

Founded by Gilly Bain in 2011 from her grandmother’s spare room in North Berwick with a £3,000 gift and a laptop, the company has grown from a one-person operation into a £3 million, 100% women-owned business employing 17 creatives, producers, strategists and technical specialists.

Today, YourScene delivers immersive experiences across the UK and internationally for clients including Disney+, Netflix, Sony Music, Penguin Books, NBCUniversal, Johnson & Johnson, The R&A, Hendrick’s and P&O Cruises.

The rebrand reflects the company's evolution from a founder-led business to a collective team with a broader creative offering and international ambitions.

Alongside the new identity, the company has announced three senior appointments: Amy Coultate as Head of Events, Kimberly Barr as Head of Client Partnerships, and Louis Matthewman as Senior Experience Designer and Luxury Events Specialist, supporting further expansion into the luxury experiences sector.

Headquartered in Edinburgh, with collaborators across Glasgow, London and New York, YourScene is B-Corp certified and carbon neutral accredited through Carbon Footprint Ltd. The company has also developed its own event carbon calculator as part of its commitment to achieving Net Zero by 2050.

Commenting on the rebrand, founder and managing director Gilly Bain, said: “Fifteen years felt like the right moment to evolve. What started in my grandma’s spare room with her £3,000 gift has grown into something far bigger than me. Today, we're a team of 17 incredibly talented creatives, producers, strategists and technical specialists, delivering immersive experiences all over the world, and our name needed to reflect that.

YourScene captures who we are today – a collective of people who care deeply about creating experiences that bring people together, make them feel something, and leave a lasting impression.”

The company says the rebrand represents not a change in direction, but a clearer reflection of who it has become and its ambitions for future growth in experiential design, luxury events and international markets.
