Focus on nature
The St Andrew's Day event took place on 28 November at the Victoria Palace Hotel in Paris. Accompanied by delicious Scottish-inspired drinks and canapés, the Scottish partners had the opportunity to present sustainable elements of their businesses to a targeted group of French event organisers and decision-makers who were eager to learn about the sustainable credentials of Scottish venues and Destination Management Companies (DMCs).
After the presentations, our guests and partners took part in immersive and engaging group activities, including creating their own plants for their office spaces with the help of Green Lab. These activities helped forge connections between the guests and partners while participating in a fun and creative task.
In the evening, guests enjoyed a Scottish fusion dinner made with locally sourced ingredients. To round off the evening, they shared a taste of Scotland on St Andrew's Day with Scotland’s signature food and drink delights.
The following day, the group enjoyed a Scottish-French fusion breakfast in a more intimate setting with leading MICE sales agencies in France. The breakfast provided another opportunity for partners and guests to engage in in-depth discussions about Scotland’s unique offerings and explore how the country aligns with the needs of the French market.
