Scotland is a hugely collaborative country - and as we draw to the close of our most successful year yet, this is one of the major highlights the SITE Scotland Chapter has cause to celebrate. The chapter has hugely captured the imagination of members by providing a highly engaged and connected community of incentive specialists who come together to learn, share ideas and build new relationships.
This strong collaboration has resulted in a year of phenomenal growth and we are delighted to have just welcomed our 90th member. This is all the more remarkable given that there were discussions regarding the chapter's disbandment in 2014. One of our key strengths has been our focus on developing outwith the capital. Our introduction of a team of Regional Ambassadors has attracted members from across Scotland including Inverness, Ayrshire and the Scottish Borders.
By harnessing this local knowledge and passion across the country, we have introduced showcases of the amazing incentive opportunities across the country. From adrenaline filled rib boat adventures on Loch Ness to Billy Connolly Land Rover challenges in Glasgow, our members have found themselves discovering many of Scotland's hidden gems!

Each of our events is captured on film by our videographer to create imaginative content that we share across our social channels. As part of a global community, we are proud to have achieved number 46 in the Incentive Travel Power 100, expanding our reach internationally, inspiring followers from as far afield as Australia.
At its core, we understand that the 'whole is greater than the sum of its parts'. To this end, our members have found a real sense of pride and passion in being involved in something bigger and flying the flag for #TeamScotland. I'll raise a wee festive dram to that!
